It is a well-known fact that vitamins play an important role in keeping our bodies healthy and strong which enable us to perform at our level best at all times.

Lack of vitamins can result in a lot of things, from feeling lethargic almost all the time to our inability to sleep, having dry and unhealthy skin, pimple and acne break-outs; plus a whole list of other symptoms that could manifest due to poor vitamin intake.

This is why our doctors would always remind us to take the necessary doses of vitamins regularly. These days, this translates to taking herbal vitamins in place of the regular vitamins that we have grown accustomed to.
